APM Or ACPI

ACTUALLY, i dun what are APM and ACPI. but misconfig will make my debian of laptop dun how many power left in battery. so, record the tip here.
after u update ur kernel, donnot forget to append "acpi=off apm=on" to ur kernel parameter line in /boot/grub/menu.list
this tip is for debian with kernel 2.6+
